Perform Agent Visual Inspection at property, completion of CAR form and sending for electronic signature. Requests outside Santa Clarita Valley are available upon request and $ TBD based on location.

$75 payable upon completion

Perform Verification of Property with your clients, completion of CAR form and sending for electronic signature. Requests outside Santa Clarita Valley are available upon request and $ TBD based on location.

Assist seller in correctly completing all the required seller disclosures.
