As an active California Broker, she brings a wealth of knowledge of the required California legal documents, transaction management process, compliance review, and broker support. She has also successfully managed multiple real estate offices, giving her a comprehensive perspective on what it takes to keep transactions running smoothly.

Known for her sharp attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines, Joeleena makes sure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed to ensure all files move seamlessly from contract to close. Nancy is the one everyone counts on to deliver. With 28 years in real estate, she’s built her reputation on reliability, attention to detail, and helping agents succeed.

As a valued Paper Ninja TC, Nancy handles all the behind-the-scenes paperwork that keeps transactions moving forward—deadlines, disclosures, compliance, and more. As an active realtor, Nancy also provides a la carte services for busy agents, from property showings and drafting contracts to AVIDs and VPs.

With hundreds of successful escrows behind her and deep industry knowledge, Nancy is a trusted resource and is available to mentor to newly licensed agents.

ALYSSA BANKO

Alyssa brings over 9 years of experience as a licensed agent in both CA and NC. She is the Paper Ninja TC’s “third musketeer,” always ready to navigate the curveball. She brings a hands-on understanding of the process and knows that clear communication is key to providing top-notch service, keeping agents focused on the big picture while ensuring every detail is accounted for.

Every file is unique and Alyssa understands the importance of getting all ducks in a row from the start. Her attention to detail ensures all parties stay on track, deadlines are met, and files close on time. Beyond transaction coordination, Alyssa is also available for a la carte services, stepping in wherever agents need extra support.
